Porter Champagne

This one’s simple! Just fill a champagne flute halfway with your favorite porter or light stout, then top with chilled champagne. It’s the perfect champagne cocktails for folks who don’t like champagne cocktails! 

Kir Royale

Ingredients: 

1 tbsp crème de cassis

1 Bottle champagne

1 blackberry (fresh or frozen)

Instructions: 

Pour the crème de cassis into the bottom of a champagne flute, then top with chilled champagne. Garnish with blackberry.

Orange Cranberry MiNOsa

Ingredients:

Orange slice

1 oz orange juice

2 oz cranberry juice

2 oz sparkling apple cider

1 oz Blood Orange San Pellegrino soda

Pinch of cinnamon

Fresh cranberries

Cinnamon stick

Rosemary sprig

Instructions:

Combine all liquid ingredients, then top with a pinch of cinnamon. 

Garnish with fresh cranberries, a cinnamon stick, and a rosemary sprig 

The Candy Cane

Ingredients:

1 cup half and half

12 oz cream soda

4 tsp simple syrup

2-4 drops peppermint oil or peppermint extract

Crushed candy canes

Instructions:

Lightly coat the rim of a martini glass in simple syrup, then roll in crushed candy canes. 

Stir together all ingredients and add to your rimmed glass. 

Holiday Mock Sangria

Ingredients: 

¼ cup orange juice

¼ cup apple juice

¼ cup cranberry juice

¾ cup Blood Orange San Pellegrino soda

½ cup chopped apples, pears, and cranberries 

Instructions:

Stir together all of the ingredients and serve. 

Pomegranate sparkler

Ingredients: 

1 tbsp pomegranate seeds

¾ cup Blood Orange San Pellegrino soda

Splash of pomegranate juice

Sprig of rosemary

Instructions:

Start with pomegranate seeds in a champagne flute. 

Pour remaining ingredients on top and garnish with rosemary.

‘Tis the season for cozy cocktails! These holiday drink recipes are sure to help you feel holly and jolly this season. 

Mulled wine

1 quart pomegranate juice

1 750 ml bottle fruity red wine, such as Zinfandel

2 cinnamon sticks, 2 1/2 in long apiece

6 cardamom pods

¼ cup honey

Instructions: 

Mix ingredients in a slow cooker then cover. 

Cook for 1 hour on high or 2 hours on low. 

Keep warm on low heat for up to 4 hours.

Holiday sangria

Ingredients:

1 bottle Chloe Cabernet 

1 cup brandy

¼ cup sugar

2 cups cranberries

1 orange, sliced

1 apple, cubed

3 cinnamon sticks

Star anise

Fresh rosemary sprigs

1 bottle sparkling apple cider, chilled

Instructions:

Combine red wine, brandy, sugar, fruit, cinnamon sticks, star anise, and fresh rosemary. 

For best results, let sit covered in the refrigerator overnight. 

Add sparkling cider before serving.
Serve over ice with fresh rosemary. 

Holiday Wine Punch

Ingredients:

1.5 liters Bota Box red wine of your choice 

4 cups cranberry juice

3 cups orange juice

36 oz ginger beer

5 tsp vanilla extract

Fresh cranberries

Orange slices

Cinnamon sticks 

Instructions:

Combine all liquid ingredients and stir well to mix. 

Garnish with cranberries, orange slices, and cinnamon sticks. 

Serve over ice. 

Red wine hot chocolate 

Ingredients: 

⅔ cup semisweet chocolate chips

⅔ cup Chloe Cabernet

½ cup milk

½ cup half and half

2 tbsp sugar

Pinch of salt

½ tsp vanilla extract

Marshmallows 

Instructions:

Combine all ingredients besides vanilla and salt in a small saucepan over medium-low heat. 

Stir constantly and heat until chocolate is melted. 

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and salt. 

Serve in mugs with marshmallows.
