What to Drink at the Backyard Bonfire

August 26, 2025

Crunchy dry leaves. Smoke in the air. A can in the hand. Good friends around the bonfire. These are the fall days we look forward to every year. These are the moments that make memories, and it all calls for something special to drink to top it all off. Before you start roasting your marshmallows, pack your cooler with these backyard favorites!

Pabst Blue Ribbon

A beer so iconic, we all know the acronym: PBR. The Pabst Blue Ribbon American Lager is a label that goes back to 1844. Every can is a testament to the almost 200-year legacy of one of the most renowned brewers around.

The lager is made from select grains and a blend of American and European hops and PBR’s proprietary yeast concoction. It’s smooth, 4.7% ABV, crisp, and full-bodied, and always good for all the time. Pairs well with spicy pizza, warm soft pretzels, and meat and cheese boards. The perfect backyard bonfire can? DONE.

Lange Winery

Lange Winery is a Willamette Valley winery in the lush and green state of Oregon. The Pacific Northwest label is crafted with an enduring love of nature, embodied in the fly fishing hook on every bottle. This region is known for its outdoorsy flair, and it shows in these exceptional but accessible bottles of wine. Try two of our favorites:

Gather your crew, light the fire, and raise a glass. With PBR and Lange Winery, your backyard bonfire is set for the season.
