Watermelon Summer Sangria
Ingredients:
- 1 Bottle of Champion Sauv Blanc
- 7 cups of seedless watermelon diced
- ¼ cup fresh lime juice
- 1 San Pellegrino
- Ice
- Lime
Instructions:
- Blend 7 cups of watermelon until smooth
- Strain watermelon juice into a pitcher
- Add wine and lime juice to the pitcher and stir well
- Chill for 3-4 hours
- Fill a glass with ice
- Pour watermelon sangria mixture over ice
- Top with San Pellegrino
- Garnish with a lime slice and enjoy!
